Ian and I are getting married this Friday, and like all brides to be I am beyond words excited. We've had our own share of hiccups along the way... including me having an accident and tearing the ligament in my ankle. It's still a little swollen and I have a bit of a limp but I will try to glide down the aisle (in my newly purchased sparkly flat sandals as heels are off the menu!)
We are getting married at the stunning Beauberry House, with just an intimate wedding for our closest family and friends. The next day we are having a massive party in central london and I can't wait!

Rock my wedding
A short while ago I discovered an amazing english based wedding blog... Rock my wedding, and ever since I have been addicted!!
Charlotte and Rebecca spend their free time sourcing the most amazing real life weddings and inspiring ideas for us to devour. I have actually used lots of their ideas for my own wedding, inspiration for new photography ideas and lots of real life weddings for WEDDING magazine!
Then they have paid me the ultimate compliment and included one of the weddings I shot last year of Anita and Martin. Not unsurprisingly the day was beautiful and so much fun to be a part of. It was actually featured in the magazine too!
Hope over to Rock my wedding and be inspired!

Little white blog...
The lovely Sarah, Weddings own sub editor, has set up her own wedding blog Little White Blog. She helps me select and writes about Weddings real life weddings, so she has a keen eye for the best details and wedding inspiration. This week she's actually featured a moodboard for my own wedding...
Such a compliment. Thanks Sarah xx

Albums & CDs
There are hundreds of albums on the market. My favourites are Jorgansens, they are truly beautiful albums crafted in Australia. They are leather bound albums but the mounts are bespoked to you and they will never date.
There are a huge variety of story book albums on the market
and I'm currently speaking to a few of them about stocking some of the best available!
I love these brown kraft CD cases with tags... with a cute sticker to seal them
(if you love the stickers you can even order some of your own wedding to seal thank you cards)

One month to go....
In exactly one month Ian and I are getting married, so I thought I'd share our inspiration for our own wedding. The colour theme is pink and taupe inspired by Martha Stewart weddings fushia and taupe colour boards. I was also inspired by one particular picture I published at the magazine in our real life section. The shot is by Emily Quinton, our photographer...
I'm not sure where the cute flowergirl dresses were from, but I found the cupcake wrappers at Lindys cakes
